Thriller/murder mystery filmed in Santa Barbara, California. Starring Christina Eliason, Suzanne Ford, Eric Colley, and Ben Siegler. Also starring Mindee de Lacey, Rachel Jordan Brown, Matt Cooper, Ivette Li-Sanchez, and Peter Frisch.

 

When her wild half-sister goes missing in a wealthy coastal town, Jessica delves into a treacherous world of corruption and organized crime and confronts the dark secrets of her estranged family, finding strength and closure with the help of an unexpected ally. more

Fair Weather Road

After a night of hard drinking, Aaron awakens to a literal nightmare: a dead body beside him and a bloody knife in his hands. Desperate to figure out what happened, he begins to fear he actually is going crazy.

Always there in a pinch, Aaron's best friend Chad tries to help, but only manages to make things much, much worse.

After debuting at film festivals in 2023 and picking up a Best Director award, Fair Weather Road is now available on Amazon Prime Video.

Fearing the worst, a teacher prepares to place herself between an active shooter and her students. Inspired by actual events.

Showing no guns nor violence, this film depicts something far more powerful: how far a teacher will go to protect the children in their classrooms. 

With a powerful script and performance by lead actress, Christina Eliason, Lockdown continued to touch audiences during an unprecidented three-year festival run, and garnered multiple awards including "Best Actress" at several festivals, and Winner of "Best of Festival" at Show Low Film Festival.

A mother and daughter trace the history of their favorite place to its present incarnation as the family home, while the daughter grapples with the decision of whether to have children.

Siya Sharma-Gaines garners the "Best Youth Actress" award at the Venice Shorts Film Festival for her portrayal of a troubled girl who confronts a burglar during his break-in of her family home.

Recent projects include feature film Fair Weather Road (in post-production) and filmed shorts FriendLockdownYour Favorite Place.1912 Picture Company is owned and operated by Christina Eliason (SAG-AFTRA, WGA) who obtained her M.F.A. in Screenwriting from UCLA, and her B.A. in Film Directing, also from UCLA. Christina is an award-winning screenwriter (Aflred P. Sloan Fellowship in Screenwriting, UCLA Feature Film Screenplay Showcase Winner) award-winning Producer (The Bet winner Best Feature Film, La Femme Film Festival, Lockdown winner Best of Festival, Venice Shorts, etc) and award-winning Actress (Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival Winner and Irene Ryan Best Actress Nominee) with over twenty years film production experience.

Christina has successfully partnered with multiple productions, through 1912 Picture Company, and as an individual work-for-hire, including Chicago Pacific Entertainment (Andrew Davis, The Fugative) and Phoenix Pictures (Shutter Island, Black Swan) on screenplay Treasure Island; Silver Spirit Pictures on film productions Fair Weather Road, Lockdown, and Your Favorite Place, as well as screenplay for Friend; Biscuits and Gravy Productions on Made-for-TV movie Cosmic Therapy, and CCFSB feature film The Bet (Co-Producer, Writer) Directed by Finola Hughes, among others.

1912 Picture Company gets its name from the year the American Film Manufacturing Company, otherwise known as "Flying A Studios," established the first motion picture studio in Santa Barbara, California.
